The executive king room I got was complete with perhaps the largest bath as well as a balcony. The setting was stunning and easy and the staff were top-class people at the reception desk. The hotel was also conveniently opposite the theatre we were going to, making it a breeze for us to catch our show without any hassle. the location of the hotel was ideal for both shopping and entertainment.
The spa facilities were not up to par. The lack of staff and mismanagement meant that we were unable to enjoy the spa during our stay. This was a major disappointment and affected the overall experience of our weekend getaway.
